OFFCAMPUS - OFFCAMPUS Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, Reg Company Number: 15442455 (Collective referred to as “OFFCAMPUS”, “We” “Us” in this policy) For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the Act), and Article 12 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 the data controller is OFFCAMPUS – OFFCAMPUS Ltd, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF.
Maintaining the security of your data is a high priority at OFFCAMPUS, and we are committed to respect your privacy rights and want to be transparent about what data we collect about you and how we use it. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT
OFFCAMPUS may collect the following information about you:
Your name and/or your title
Your contact details: postal address, billing address, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and email address
Purchases and orders made by you
Your browsing activating while on the OFFCAMPUS website
Your password if you create an account on our website (not compulsory)
Payment details (your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processor ‘STRIPE’, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card payments and transactions)
Marketing and communication preferences
Feedback and form responses
Reviews of our products or services
Location via IP Address
Device information when navigating our website
This list is not exhaustive and we may collect additional information under specific instances. Some of the above data is collected directly, for example if you email our customer service team or place an order. Other personal data is collected indirectly, for example through your browsing and shopping on our website. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

Without this information we will not be able to process your request or accept your order. A contact number may also be required so that we may contact you if there is a problem with your order.

All full and part time employees are required to sign a confidentiality clause as part of their terms of employment with OFFCAMPUS
We review who has access to data periodically and make necessary changes
Our secure payment is via the highly respected and secure Stripe online payment system and information between you and us is 256 bit encrypted.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
Any information relating to your account (including order history, communications and correspondence records) is kept while you are still an active customer of OFFCAMPUS. If you have not purchased from us within 5 years, all data will be safely destroyed. We rarely hold paper records but any relevant materials will also be destroyed. If you are signed up to our mailing list, we will continue to keep your information until you have unsubscribed.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
If, for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required whether this is simply updating incorrect or outdated information or opting out of communication.
Your legal rights include:
Access: You must be told if your personal data is being used and you can ask for a copy of your personal data as well as information about how we are using it to make sure we are abiding by the applicable laws.
Correction: You can ask us to correct your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete. We might need to verify the new information before we make any changes.
